We sat down with one of our team members, Aleksei, to get his perspective on what makes DBot a standout workplace. “I don’t feel like I’m working in a company with a big and complicated structure,” Aleksei shared. “If I feel uncomfortable or notice something we’re lacking, I can easily bring that up to the top management. And I know they’ll listen.”
